These privately minted 1 oz Walking Liberty Silver Bullion Rounds by Jet Bullion contain one troy ounce of .999 pure silver. The obverse design features the classic Lady Liberty walking with outstretched arm and sun rising in the background. The obverse is also adorned with “LIBERTY” and “IN GOD WE TRUST” inscriptions as well as the JET bullion hallmark stamp. The reverse side is stamped by the mint with the inscription, “1 TROY OZ .999 FINE SILVER” to denote the weight and fineness of the round. Also featured on the reverse of this silver round is a majestic eagle with shield and arrows, 13 stars, and “E PLURIBUS UNUM” ribbon, similar to the patriotic image found on U.S. coins, with the addition of a “DESIGN COPY” banner to comply with The Hobby Protection Act, passed by Congress in 1973.
