BGASC provides each of the 50 New Hampshire Goldback Gold Notes in a protective, plastic currency sleeve. This is because gold notes are produced utilizing the thinnest layers of gold bullion material in between two polyester sheets.

Obverse

Libertas is featured on the obverse face of the 50 New Hampshire Goldback Gold Note. This design is a depiction of the national symbol as a young woman who wields arrows. This is a symbolic representation of her ability to fight her enemies. In her left hand, she holds a flag that has the text inscription, “An Appeal to God.

Reverse

For the reverse face of the 50 New Hampshire Goldback Gold Notes, there are no distinct text inscriptions or unique designs. It is a blank field that only displays the image found on the obverse.
