The reverse of these gold bars features just the name Valcambi Suisse. The bars surfaces all appear shiny and glossy due to the way they are minted. Unlike a cast gold bar, these minted ingots all appear almost exactly the same to the eye.

History

The history of these gold bars goes back to the founding of the refinery. Founded in 1961 as Valori & Cambi, the refinery was later purchased by Credit Suisse in 1968. Although Credit Suisse is no longer a part of the company, it still maintains the high level of detail and quality that it did at its beginnings.
