Designs

The obverse side of the 50 Gram RCM Gold Bar features the Royal Canadian Mints official seal. This emblem displays a stylized maple leaf in the center, surrounded by the mints name in both English and French. This side of the bar also displays key details such as the weight, metal content, and purity. The reverse side showcases a repeating pattern of the stylized maple leaf.

History

The 50 Gram RCM Gold Bar comes with advanced security features. Both sides of the bar have intricate line patterns, and the obverse has two micro-engraved maple leaf security marks. These marks can only be seen under magnification and include the last two digits of the bars production year.
