Each 2024 1 oz The Holy Land Silver Dove of Peace Round is presented in a protective plastic capsule and is in Brilliant Uncirculated condition. This release marks the 11th installment in the series, which began back in 2014.

Obverse

The obverse of the 2024 The Holy Land Silver Dove Of Peace Round features the Dove of Peace in flight, carrying an olive branch in its beak. The dove is shown flying over the Old City Walls of Jerusalem under a starlit sky, with its wings spread wide in a left-facing profile.

Reverse

The reverse design of 2024 1 oz Silver Dove Of Peace Rounds displays the Holy Land Mint emblem at the center, with the date below it. Around the outer edge, the rounds weight, purity, and metal content are inscribed.

History

Along with the dove, these silver rounds also feature the Old City Walls of Jerusalem, a significant part of the series design. Built during the 16th century by Ottoman Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent, these massive stone walls encircle the Old City for about 2.8 miles. The seven main gates of the walls each hold their own unique stories.
