On the obverse of each coin, you’ll find the remarkable coat of arms of Barbados. This emblem was adopted in 1966 by a royal warrant of Queen Elizabeth II. It features a shield with a Fig Tree being held up by a Dolphinfish and a Pelican. A hand is also seen holding two sugar canes. Reverse
