History
In Book I of The Faerie Queene, the parents of Una are captured by a vicious dragon. The young and courageous princess then sets out to find a knight capable of rescuing them. During her journey, a lion charges for from the woods, ready to attack. But sensing Unas courage and integrity, the lion instead washes her feet and then joins her on the quest. They eventually find the Redcrosse Knight, who defeats the dragon in the books epic finale.
