The Peace Dollaris one of the few US currencies which had a brief period of mintage in US history. It was first issued in 1921 and ended its historic run in 1935. This gorgeous copper round celebrates the Peace Dollar by borrowing its imagery from the US dollar. Today, BGASC is excited to present to you the 1 oz Peace Dollar Copper Round!

Obverse

Anthony di Francisci had the great honor of having his Lady Liberty design featured on the obverse face of the Peace Dollar. This historic image is replicated for the obverse face of the 1 oz Peace Dollar Copper round. It depicts Lady Liberty in a left-facing portrait wearing a pointed crown with loose strands of hair blowing in the air. The text inscriptions include In God We Trust, along with her name and the rounds mintage year.

Reverse

For the reverse face of the 1 oz Peace Dollar Copper round, you will find an American bald Eagle image. The eagle sits comfortably on a mountain edge with an olive branch between its talons. Viewers will find rays of sunlight behind the main design element along with the text inscription E Pluribus Unum.
